Finally Earning His Keep

Jack learned a few ways to earn his keep the past few months:
The floors always need to be swept since he likes to drop food all over when he eats
And that food usually ends up on the carpet so we have to vacuum it up
And of course with all that eating there are lots of dirty dishes (I let him help out last night for the first time and he played in the bubbles for over 30 minutes and was so sad when we were done, so we had to do it again this morning. I think I might have created a monster!)
The only problem with Jack learning to do all of these chores is he wants to do them all the time, but at least he helps!

Random facts about Jack right now:
He's getting 4 molars but is taking it like a champ. He's always been a great teether, hardly ever fussing. We never really know when he's getting new teeth.

He's starting to talk even more and says "wow", "cookie", and "bubs" (bubbles) and he loves to blow-when I blow on his food, he likes to help, and he also blows when he wants us to blow bubbles (which the past few days has been almost all the time). As we were getting ready to leave today I said "Let's blow this joint" and he started blowing. He cracks me up! It's really great to feel like we can actually communicate with him and have us all understand each other.

He can point to his hair, ears, nose, mouth, and feet. He really likes to brush his hair and mine when he finds a comb or brush.

He now makes the sounds of a cow and a chicken, in addition to his now famous pig sound (he likes to do it in the middle of church loud enough for everyone to hear). For a dog, he makes a panting sound.

He also likes to make messes, lots and lots of messes- like with Jay's oatmeal the other morning. He had to be confined to his seat while we cleaned it up.
Love him to pieces!!
