Christmas

One of our Christmas presents this year was tickets to fly to Utah to spend the holidays with our families. We were so grateful to Jay's parents for the great present since we had already driven to Utah three times this year, and the last time was a little exhausting for all of us. The plane ride was so much better and we were so glad it took us 2 hours instead of 12!

We spend two weeks in freezing cold Utah and loved every minute of it. (except getting up multiple times a night because Jack kept waking up. Not so much fun anyway, but really not fun when it's cold!)

Here are a few highlights from our trip:

Christmas Eve party at Grandma and Grandpa Bourne's with the extended family
Favorite present was a camelbak waterbottle. He was so excited he couldn't even wait until the plastic was off. We also saw my family on Christmas but I didn't get any pictures. :(
Stayed at Grandma Nancy's.
Visited Grandpa Marc, Grandma Sharon, Kari, Adell, Hannah, and chased Lynzee, the dog.
Played 'Minute to Win It' on New Year's Eve and then lit off some awesome illegal fireworks in almost negative degree weather. Awesome.
Chilled with awesome cousins

Celebrated Jack's birthday a few days early with family
Our trips to Utah always go by so quickly. We are so glad we were able to spend as much time as we did, and sad that we didn't get to see more family or stay longer.
