Slowly But Surely

I decided it's a good thing we don't own a house because it would take me years to decorate it. It's already taken me over a year to finish decorating the living room and kitchen, and I still am trying to figure out what to put on one wall in the bedroom. I can't imagine how hard it would be for me if I also wanted to paint the walls and buy new furniture. Luckily all the furniture we have has been given to us so I've never had to shop for any myself. That definitely makes it a little easier. We came across some decorations on Saturday completely by chance and thought they would fit in the kitchen well, so now I feel like I can finally post pictures of our apartment. Keep in mind I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm not a fancy person.

Our place is finally starting to feel a little more homey. Next we just need to figure out how to fit the baby's stuff in our bedroom. Let's hope that doesn't take me another year. :)

It definitely looks more homey. I think decorating, like most things, takes practice and you learn as you go along. You look so cute! I didn't really take any pictures of my belly with either of my pregnancy's and I wish now that I did.
