When Jay and I got married, we were fortunate enough to have family pass down furniture for us to use so we didn't have to buy everything brand new. Among those items was a full sized bed from Jay's parents, which we have been very grateful for. However, in recent months it has become apparent that unless we want Jay to have permanent back damage we needed to get a new mattress. We went browsing around last week for the first time, and ended up getting a very good deal on a queen bed and it was delivered yesterday. We slept like babies last night and it was absolute heaven! I figure buying a bed couldn't come at a better time since in a few short months I'll be uncomfortable anyway that our old bed only would've made it worse.
