We were so excited to be in Utah for Christmas. We hadn't been to Utah since last Christmas so it was nice that we had 10 days there (even though we wish it could've been longer).
While we were there, we:

Helped my mom finish painting her basement just in time for Christmas Eve. Jay was pretty much covered from using the paint sprayer. He did have a bandanna and that's why only half his face is white.

Sang songs on Christmas Eve with my family.

Opened and played with presents.

Shoveled and snow blowed the driveway at Jay's parents' house after the huge snow storm on Christmas Day. We also got to drive in the huge snow storm and slid all over the road the night of Christmas day. I was glad driving in the snow was only temporary.

Took family pictures with Jay's family.

Had our car die on us twice on our drive back to California. The second time it wouldn't start and we had to call AAA to have it towed the 17 miles to Cedar City. We spent almost 6 hours having our car worked on at two different car service stations that day. It was not a fun drive home. (This was obviously the least favorite day of our trip.)
Even though we were glad to be back in LA (in one piece and without all the snow and the cold weather) we were so happy to be able to spend Christmas with family.
