After our exciting trip back from Utah when our car died on us twice on the freeway, we decided it would be a good idea to get a car that might actually make the 12 hour drive without having to worry about whether AAA would be able to come get us or not. We wanted to take a month to look at different cars we were interested in, but last Saturday we found a car that was a lot nicer than any of the cars we were actually considering buying, and it wasn't too much more than what we were willing to pay. We got to the Nissan car lot at 11:30 am and left 6 hours later with a 2005 Infiniti G35. I don't love the color (I prefer to call it champagne instead of gold), but it's a very nice car. The only problem is both Jay and I are scared to drive it for fear of ruining it! But we decided last night to just enjoy our new vehicle.
