Spring Break- Day 4

Tuesday, March 11- This was the boys' day of education. They first went to the La Brea Tar Pits, and what's a trip to a tar pit without being able to play in it?

Then they were off to the California Science Center. There are so many things to do there, we can't even begin to describe all of it on this blog. Here are a few pictures to tell a little bit of the story for us.

After the very educational (and cool, mind you) trip to the Science Center, the boys met me after work and we finally made it to the "Bat Cave". My dreams had come true!

Nananananananana BATMAN!!! And what's a trip to the Bat Cave without some rock climbing?
And of course some Batman action!!!

We then headed up to our neighborhood Griffith Observatory to watch a stellar movie on the dome, gaze at Saturn through the 12 in. refracting telescope, and stand all amazed at the awesomeness of what lies beyond our little planet.

And then we took silly pictures with the Albert Einstein sculpture. I didn't want Spring Break to ever end!

I love your collages! I guess I should have done that for my last post. I always think of Bugs Bunny when I hear about the La Brea tar pits!
